Vegetarian Chili with Spaghetti

Vegetarian Chili with Spaghetti
1 15oz can Great Northern Beans
1 15 oz can Pinto Beans
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
8 oz tomato sauce
1 cup water
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of ground red pepper
Spaghetti cooked according to package
Shredded cheddar cheese to garnish

Put everything, except spaghetti, in large pot. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer covered for 15 minutes. Stir occassionally.
Serve over spaghetti, garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
