Chocolate Mint Cookies
1 pkg dark chocolate fudge cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter melted
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup dark chocolate & mint chips (may be hard to find, they are a limited edition item)
1/2 cup walnuts chopped (optional)
Preheat oven 350 F
Mix cake mix, eggs, butter, brown sugar, & vanilla in large bowl.
Stirring with a spoon until well mixed
Stir in chocolate & mint chips & walnuts
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet
Bake for 12 minutes
Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet
Remove to cooling racks.
